Morrison Community Church is non-denominational with a variety of church backgrounds represented. We focus on the essentials of faith in Christ.

OUR CORE BELIEFS
God: God is the loving Creator of all that exists, both seen and unseen. He exists as Trinity - in three persons, yet one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ: He is the Son of God who lived a sinless life, was crucified for the sins of us all, was buried, rose again form the dead, and ascended into heaven.

Holy Spirit: Sent from God to live inside all who embrace Jesus as the Messiah. He teaches, comforts, empowers,
and gifts us, and fosters a loving Christ-like character among us.

The Bible: God's inspired Word is our authoritative standard in all that we say and do. It provides for us a trustworthy witness of God's character and purposes through Jesus Christ.

Salvation: God sent Jesus to restore our broken relationship with God and others, through his death on the cross. Salvation is based on God's grace and forgiveness of sin through Christ alone.

The Church: Is a local and universal spiritual community
of Jesus-followers called to worship and give witness to the gospel through compassionate speech and serivce in
the world.

OUR MINISTRY
Our ministry is purposely simple: Sunday morning worship and fellowship, weekly Bible study, shared meals, occasional special events, and financial support of other ministries. Our organizational simplicity also gives members the much needed time and freedom to be more genuinely missional in their world as opposed to being preoccupied with multiple church programs and activities.
